At The Field, Heather provides evidence-based assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My work is grounded in cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based approaches, delivered within a collaborative, supportive, and developmentally informed therapeutic relationship.
I offer treatment and support for concerns including:
Anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and phobias)
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related patterns of obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors
Emotion regulation difficulties and behavioral challenges
Stress related to school, family dynamics, life transitions, or developmental changes
Parent-child relational challenges and family stress

To ensure clients receive the most appropriate level of care, The Field does not provide treatment for the following concerns:
Active suicidal ideation or chronic self-harming behaviors
Eating disorders
Substance use or addiction-related concerns
Bipolar disorder
Personality disorders
Court-involved services, including custody evaluations, parenting evaluations, or co-parenting therapy
