At The Field, Heather provides evidence-based assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and families navigating a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My work is grounded in cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based approaches, delivered within a collaborative, supportive, and developmentally informed therapeutic relationship.

I offer treatment and support for concerns including:

  • Anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and phobias)

  • Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related patterns of obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviors

  • Emotion regulation difficulties and behavioral challenges

  • Stress related to school, family dynamics, life transitions, or developmental changes

  • Parent-child relational challenges and family stress

Services Provided

To ensure clients receive the most appropriate level of care, The Field does not provide treatment for the following concerns:

  • Active suicidal ideation or chronic self-harming behaviors

  • Eating disorders

  • Substance use or addiction-related concerns

  • Bipolar disorder

  • Personality disorders

  • Court-involved services, including custody evaluations, parenting evaluations, or co-parenting therapy
